This is a salty tunic showing wartime use.

 NSKK EM DAGGER RZM M7/36

NSKK EM DAGGER RZM M7/36

This NSKK is in “as found” condition. The mounts show a bit of patina. The dagger does not appear to have been taken apart in modern times. The grip appears to be a mahogany type. It shows usage on the obverse, and the same on the reverse . The SA button is nicely placed and does have good enameled surfaces. The eagle still shows all details to the head, breast , wings, talons, wreath and mobile swastika. The scabbard shell is NOT. This shell shows quite a bit of age. Also, the scabbord paint is black with brown under the black. The matching scabbard mounts are in good shape. The original screws are all in place and are unturned. The blade of this example is nice and has not been sharpened. This blade will clean up if someone wanted to work with it. The SA motto is deeply etched and still has about 90% of the original darkening in the backgrounds. The reverse blade is marked with RZM M/736. This dagger was picked up by me form a vet. Never been cleaned!

SA DAGGER WITH HANGER AND BELT LOOP

SA DAGGER WITH HANGER AND BELT LOOP

This early dagger is very nice. The crossguards are of all nickel construction and are in choice condition throughout to include the tang nut. The lower crossguard has the distinctive “straight across look” that we see on daggers made by E. Pack. These guards are still extremely crisp with good smooth surfaces and deep precise accent grooves. The grip is also a fine example of mahogany having a subtle grain beneath the surfaces. There is a chip by the top, but overall this grip is still quite crisp having sharp ridge construction. The SA runes button is missing some enamel. The grip eagle is the “high-necked” variety and this bird has full details to his head, breast feathering, wing feathering, wreath, and raised mobile swastika. The lower reverse crossguard is Gruppe marked, “Nrh”. The scabbard of this dagger is brown painted. The shell is nice and straight throughout. The matching nickel mounts are also in fine condition, the lower ball has a small flat spot. The lower mount has the distinctive rolled egde of this company . These original screws are in an unturned state. The blade of this dagger is very nice. The SA motto is extremely dark and has 100% of the black background. The logo E.P.&S. and hammering guy and town of, “Solingen”. The blade shoulders perfectly meet the lower crossguard. Dagger comes with both the hanger and belt loop, hanger is marked M5/25. A very fine dagger here and if you are only going to buy one you might give this one good consideration. This dagger was picked up from a vet as is and has never been cleaned.

LW M42 SINGLE DECAL OFFICER NAMED

LW M42 SINGLE DECAL OFFICER NAMED

The semi-rough textured Luftwaffe blue/grey combat finish on this example remains 90% intact, there is some wear to the texture itself but the finish remains strong! The second pattern Luftwaffe adler has toned nicely and remains a respectable 95% intact. The interior is very good, with only one torn finger and scuffing to the brown leather. There is the original drawstring . The shell is stamped at the rear of the skirt “NS 68” (manufactured in the largest production size) and “2772” (the production run number). Being stamped in this location identifies this as a late-production example. The chinstrap has been cut. An overall excellent example! Inked in liner is, (Hptm Buscher)
